 No, because it is in the static Everything repo on the mirrors, and we
 don't change those once released.

 You could create an Obsoletes/Provides on some other package to make this
 one go away, but that would be a lie if that other package doesn't provide
 the same functionality that this one does.  Another thing you can do is
 reduce the package down to just a README file that informs the user that
 the package does not work with the current Evolution and then push that as
 an "update".
