#3698: Please retire elisa and plugins packages from F-13+

 The packages needing to be retired are :
  * elisa
  * elisa-plugins-good
  * elisa-plugins-bad

 This is the content of the dead.package file I've just added for F-13 and
 devel :

 Elisa has been renamed to Moovida (review request in #554243).
 The elisa* packages are being retired before the moovida* packages get
 included
 because they have been unmaintained upstream for a long time now, and are
 causing users to be frustrated more than anything else, since bugs aren't
 being
 fixed, and bug reports keep pouring in.

 Note that moovida 1.0 also seems unmaintained upstream, and a fork named
 elisa
 (yes, quite unoriginal) seems to have been created, so at one point it
 might be
 wanted to resurrect the elisa* packages with this forked/updated content.
 }}}
 If this could be done in time for Fedora 13 Final, it would be great,
 since elisa in F-13 is pretty broken.
