Informational: warning about signing repodata metadata in F14

I've already told Jesse about this on IRC but since he's transitioning out
for a year, I wanted to make sure it was documented for everyone. Due to
a bug in the pygpgme shipped on the F14 media, signed repository metadata
will cause a traceback in yum. This is fixed with a zero-day update of
pygpgme. The ramifications of this are that we cannot sign F14's repository
metadata otherwise users would be unable to update.

Signing F15 and beyond would be fine.
