Good discussion at today's releng meeting

To summarize, it was thought best to add two weeks to the schedule for the
following reasons:
* Move feature freeze to after FUDCon so work at FUDCon could go towards
finishing features
* The original date would have been two days after the next Ubuntu
release which would have been hard on the mirrors
* Gnome 3 release date is April 6, 2011.
I've added two weeks to development which pushes feature freeze and the GA
date out. The new GA date is 2011-05-10.

And added an additional note to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/15/Schedule explaining why we
aren't targetting 2011-04-26
