 I don't know where I should file this request. If this is the wrong place
 please point me in the right direction.

 I would like to have the CERN savannah added to the list of external bug
 trackers that can be referenced in bugzilla, if possible. The URL is:

 http://savannah.cern.ch/bugs/?#####

 where ##### is the bug number.

 There is an increasing number of packages in Fedora whose upstream is
 using the CERN savannah for their bug tracking.
