 mingw32-runtime was retagged, but not re-signed: https://fedorahosted.org

When using Fedora 15 repositories on a Fedora 15 system, we expect
packages to be signed with the F15 key, and earlier release keys are not
 recognized:

 From IRC, kalev helped me:

[04:00:21] <kalev> OK, it must have been caused by the fact that the .fc13
package was manually tagged into F15: https://fedorahosted.org/rel-
 eng/ticket/4448
[04:00:43] <kalev> can you open a ticket with the rel-eng trac and report
 it?
[04:01:13] <kalev> it should definitely get re-signed with the F15 key.
