 Aha, thanks! I've not needed to request an override for a while, and
 forgot about the new mechanism.

 Hm. I wait-repo'ed after creating the override, but for some reason, the
 build I did next is still picking up the old version of LLVM:
 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3249871

 Bug in wait-repo? Or are there > 1 queues and my override tag just
 happened not to be in the next batch to be added to the buildroot?
