 I don't know how to create a shared query that works for ''ALL'' users ...
 it seems to require that I select a bugzilla group that is allowed to view
 them.  They are currently accessible to the group 'fedora_contributors',
 which seems to be visible to anyone in the FAS group 'fedorabugs' (see
 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Account_System#Account_System_Internals).
 I'll provide non-shared queries shortly ...
