 ok so we hit https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=721170 worked
 around that. the 32 bit images were failing with a missing initramfs.img
 file. as a test i excluded kernel-PAE* and it built ok.  so these images
 dont have a pae kernel
