 immediately (like how dist-f16 happens), though the delay imposed before
 builds are available to buildroots can take anywhere as fast as 10 minutes
 to 20-30 sometimes, depending on other factors like load and orderring and
 such (ie, there's no magic make-it-go-faster button).

 Yes, I meant koji tag/target. I'll be happy with koji target without magic
 make-it-faster button.
