#4776: Getting the same noarch build into multiple releases' updates

boswars-addons was set up with the intention of having the same noarch
build across releases so that when upgrading from release to release you
didn't need to update a data only package that was the same for both.

I recently became a co-maintainer for it and am trying to follow that
pattern, but it doesn't seem to work when you need to get a package into
multiple updates repositories. I tried some things, but there doesn't
appear to be a way to do it with bodhi or manipulating koji tags.

So what I'd like is either for releng to manually put boswars-addons into
f14 updates testing and f15 updates testing (and in a couple of weeks move
it to updates if they aren't any issues) or tell me its not worth the
trouble and I'll just bump the release number for each release.

boswars-addons is 48 MB which isn't that big for a data only package.
