 The one in comment 8 should be correct (you list the build you wish to add
 to the buildroot). Not sure why it's not working... Luke?

 In the mean time and since f13 goes end of live so very soon, I have just
 manually tagged it in for you. It should be ready to build after the next
 newrepo task.
