 rawhide,  we can not block a package in a release that has shipped as its

 The package is marked orphaned in f14 branch but alive in all others (f13,
 f15 and rawhide). The f14 branch contains code and there is no notice in
 git log or devel list when and why this was done.

 I've already contacted the previous maintainer (mmcgrath) if there was any
 reason for this. However, f13 currently ships newer version (and bugfixes)
 than f14 does, so 13->14 upgrade will break things for SOAP::Lite users.

 It would be nice if we could revive the f14 branch.
