#4944: Please mark sane-backends-drivers-{cameras,scanners} multiarch from F-14 on

 To enable people/spins to have SANE libraries without backend drivers
 (because e.g. color management stuff pulls in SANE, bug #736310), I split
 these out into their own subpackages. Previously, the drivers were
 included in the -libs subpackage which was implicitly marked as multiarch
 (because the -devel pkg depended on it), now this needs to be made
 explicit, otherwise 32bit applications won't be able to access scanners
 anymore (bug #740992). Unfortunately this didn't get noticed during
 testing/QA.

 Would you please mark these packages as multiarch in F-14 and later
 releases and do what's necessary so that they are pulled into the relevant
 update repositories? The packages for which this needs to be done are:

  * sane-backends-drivers-cameras
  * sane-backends-drivers-scanners

 Thanks.
