 Requesting TC2, now the /usr move changes are in and we should have a
 lorax capable of composing.

 The first is required to get a successful post-/usr move compose (so it
 may need to be used on the compose host rather than / in addition to being
 included in the compose itself). The second should fix the 'vesa' driver,
 which is important particularly to VirtualBox users and will allow us to
 test the 'basic graphics boot' stuff. The third should fix anaconda-based
 upgrades by preparing for the /usr move feature on upgrade. The fifth
 fixes the issue with binutils miscompiling some stuff including systemd -
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=788107 - and the fifth is a
 systemd rebuilt against the fixed binutils.
