 Some days ago we (the Fedora MinGW SIG) got approval by Red Hat Legal to
 introduce the mingw-w64 toolchain in Fedora. As we still want to introduce
 mingw-w64 in Fedora 17 we would like to request a separate buildroot which
 we can use to perform a mass rebuild of all mingw packages. Could a
 temporary buildroot named 'f17-mingw' be created?
