 For the /usr-move ( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/UsrMove ) we
  need a patched rpm, which populates the build root for rawhide.

  The patch:

  rpm in rawhide already has this patch.

  Because the rpm on the build hosts is the rpm of RHEL-6, I also filed

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=761000

  But maybe we can rollout a patched rpm earlier on the build systems to
  continue implementing the feature
