 We need to do a mass rebuild in the f18 cycle due to:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/DwarfCompressor
 and
 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/MiniDebugInfo

 at least.
 We should schedule this before any freezes, after the above features have
 landed.

 Also, we might setup more builders before doing the mass rebuild to reduce
 time it takes to do it.
