Comment:

 we went into Alpha Change deadline freeze on Aug 14th. Since Alpha has
 slipped we have continued to be in freeze.

 Only packages that fix alpha blockers or Nice to have bugs are pushed to
 stable.

 Sorry for the extended freeze, but thats the way things go. ;(
