 Please ensure the following packages which only just went stable today are
 included in the compose (and the compose environment where appropriate):

 kernel-3.9.0-0.rc8.git0.2.fc19[[BR]]
 python-meh-0.23-1.fc19[[BR]]
 pykickstart-1.99.28-1.fc19[[BR]]

 Please pull the following aside from what's in stable. I'm including
 proposed (not just accepted) blockers/FEs in the list at my discretion
 since we're not at freeze yet.
