Hey folks, we have a new releng member, Pavol Babincak. Pavol works
on the Red Hat dist-git internally and has enough time/bandwidth to
start taking on some ticket coverage. This is good because Pavol works
out of Brno and can handle tasks during his work day expanding our
coverage.

To start with he'll be taking mostly block, unblock requests that
come through the ticket queue, but he might also get bold and take other
tickets that come through (asking for help of course). As well as
looking at ways we can make the workflows better when making branches
etc with git, he will also help me co-maintain fedpkg and associated
tools.

He has the proper rights within koji and will ask questions as needed.
