 We are about to rebase Boost in Rawhide, in accordance with the approved
 Change https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/F20Boost154. Since there are
 many packages depending on Boost libraries (about 130 that will
 immediately break as a result of soname bump), we would like to request a
 dedicated koji tag where we could do the rebuilds that the rebase entails.
