 Hi,

 I've just gotten dtdparser through review[0] again, as it's a new
 dependency for eclipse-jbosstools. Jon has unretired it[1], and said to
 file a ticket here to get it unblocked in koji.

 Also, is it here with rel-eng that I also file a "Package Change Request"
 for an f19 branch?
