Comment:

 Re-opening for RC4. There is no change to the package loadout, but we need
 to re-build all the live images due to a snafu in RC3 live image
 generation; seems clearer to do a full RC4. Non-live images in RC4 should
 be identical to RC3.

 dgilmore, please build the lives right this time ;D
