 After fixing some release problems (caused by a package missing from the
 update) I am unable to resubmit it. This is what I'm getting after filling
 in the form:

 [akozumpl at localhost ~/fedpkg/hawkey (f20)]$ fedpkg update
 Creating a new update for  hawkey-0.4.4-1.fc20
 Password for akozumpl:
 Creating a new update for  hawkey-0.4.4-1.fc20
 hawkey-0.4.4-1.fc20 not tagged as an update candidate

 Please treat as high prio, there are people awaiting this release.
