 https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/20-Alpha-TC4/ is now visible
 (which according to https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/5636 should
 not happen until the compose is done), however this ticket is still open.
 Is TC4 done?
