 The branch names will need to include the name of the scl and the name of
 the fedora release they're being built for since different scls will need
 to have different files in the minimal buildroot.  We could use something
 like:

   fdr-ruby1.9.3-f21
   fdr-ruby1.9.3-f22
   fdr-ruby2.0-f21
   fdr-ruby2.0-f22
 }}}
