While testing Fedora Server 21 Alpha TC4, I discovered that several
expected packages were not installed by default and thus made
management by Cockpit difficult (particularly joining a domain).

The first patch adds PackageKit to the headless-management group, as
it is a dependency for both Cockpit and OpenLMI to be able to manage
packages on the system.

The second patch adds several important packages for allowing
enrollment as a client in a FreeIPA or Active Directory domain.
