 The redirect used by fedup:

 https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-
 install-21&arch=x86_64

 still points at Final TC1. That seems to work fine, so no rush, but if
 it's easy to update it for the days between now and GA, it could point at
 development/21 or at Final RC5. For GA of course it should point at the
 release tree.
