 Right, so that confirms that the build succeeded. But:

 $ koji wait-repo --build perl-IO-Compress-2.062-2.15.el6 el6-docs

 shows that it's not actually in the repo. Left alone for enough hours, it
 eventually returns:

 "Unsuccessfully waited 996:19 for perl-IO-Compress-2.062-2.15.el6 to
 appear in the el6-docs repo"

 Also, building against it fails:

 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=6465538

 because the root.log shows:

 "DEBUG util.py:281:  Error: No Package found for perl(Compress::Zlib) >=
 2.030"

 (IO::Compress provides and obsoletes Compress::Zlib, but I get the same
 failure if I BuildRequire Compress::Zlib directly...)
