 Publican build in el6-docs is broken due to libxml2 incompatibility,
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1099639 . I'd like to try
 working around this with an updated libxml2; that enabled publican to
 build successfully in a local mockroot.

 Please add the libxml2 package to the el6-docs tag.
