[PATCH] Allow naming the Git remote.

So, Dennis mentioned that changing the pyrpkg API (and forcing consumers
to adapt) was not really welcome unless absolutely necessary.

I just spent some time looking back into this, and I have a patch for
pyrpkg which:

1. doesn't change its API (which means there is no need any more
   for a subsequent fedpkg patch to "adapt" to it)
2. still allows pyrpkg-based tools to rename the remote as they
   need it

Please ignore the previous two patches, I'll send the new one
shortly. :)
