Adjust meeting time to Daylight Saving Time

There's no DST here (we're UTC+8 all year long), so that would change
the meeting time for me.

However, it's a very welcome change, as it means the meeting would be at
23:30 instead of 00:30 (localtime).

So that's a big +1 from me.
