 Hi,

 The steps to retire the '''sinjdoc''' package were performed in the wrong
 order, which has the left the package retired and orphaned, but still
 included in koji collections, as you can see from today's rawhide report:

 Please block the '''sinjdoc''' package in F21 and newer.
