 @toshio: I agree with you that there are things worth checking even if we
 do not change spec file -- Provides, Requires, file locations. But I don't
 think we need to check the other stuff that has already been checked
 during initial package review (license, bundling, conformity to
 Guidelines) -- in case we do not do it for non-SCL packages when we do
 rebase, build for epel, etc.

 And checks like Provides, Requires and file locations can be done
 automatically. So what I'd like to see is some AutoQA-like check that
 would be performed in Bodhi.
