 The xmlsec1 was dropped in EPEL-6 [1], because the package is already in
 RHEL-6. Please block EPELs xmlsec1-1.2.19-3.el6 from the EPEL-6 build
 root, because it is blocking build of oath-toolkit [2], which needs to be
 updated due to security bug [3].
