 I have committed code to make the installer image as part of the compose
 process. for Fedora 23 it needs to get integrated into pungi. we will be
 using pungi 4 which is a big change from the pungi we have used to date.

 As discussed in the FESCo meeting the pxe to live image is to be defered
 to fedora 23. we need to figure out how to build the product and what it
 will look like and how it will be consumed by end users. QA needs to be
 engaged as it will be a massive undertaking to QA it constantly.
