The enhancement request and discussion needs to go to the cloud list not
here.

.ks is kickstart file, it's how the image in defined to be built. The
%package section explicitly specifies the removal of all documentation
from the image. So what is means is the lack of documentation is intended.
If you wish to change this you need to discuss it with the Cloud SIG as
they are the ones that make the decision as to what's included or not
included in the images. It's nothing to do with release-engineering and
hence this is not the place to discuss it.
