 The discussion in the list is not very relevant to this request. The
 discussion in the list is about a compat package for gnutls (only) to
 handle non-fedora applications. Fedora applications will have to be
 recompiled with the new gnutls package anyway. Moreover there will be no
 compat package for nettle.
