 python-rdfextras is an add-on to python-rdflib and has been merged into
 python-rdflib from 4.0+.

 rawhide, f21 and f20 are having python-rdflib 4.1.2 and python-rdfextras
 conflicts with it therefore we should block and if possible remove python-
 rdfextras from the repo on rawhide, f21 and f20.
