Comment:

 Packages cannot be removed from stable releases, therefore python-rdflib
 needs to use Obsoletes/Provides in python-rdflib to remove the conflict
 with python-rdfextras. This also makes sure that systems where python-
 rdfextras is installed get python-rdflib instead.
