 I cannot push into master branch of perl-Canary-Stability repository:

 origin  ssh://ppisar@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/perl-Canary-Stability (push)
 $ git push
 FATAL: W any perl-Canary-Stability ppisar DENIED by fallthru
 (or you mis-spelled the reponame)
 fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

 Please make sure you have the correct access rights
 and the repository exists.

 The is a fresh repository created few hours ago
 [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1229150#c3]. pkgdb-cli
 reports I have commit permission to the branch.

 It looks like a bug in dist-git.
