 Apparently 'fedpkg retire' only works for a pkg main contact, and not any
 other pkg admins.

 Given packages managed by teams (kde-sig in this case), would be nice to
 be able to do this without blocking on a single individual.

 Further, this could become problematic in the future given pkgdb2's new
 group: acl support.  In particular, for packages with main contact as
 group:kde-sig, as-is, it would seem to be impossible to retire packages.
