Comment:

 After discussing with Rex on irc, the two packages he tried were: ktux and
 kde-base-artwork

 For both package, group::kde-sig is not the PoC, just has commit.

 So the current behavior is the expected one, only PoC can retire.

 There is already a ticket on pkgdb2 for this: https://github.com/fedora-
 infra/pkgdb2/issues/103

 If someone wants to bring it to FESCo, I'd be happy to adjust pkgdb2 and
 include the change in the next release.

 Closing this ticket for now.
