Comment:

 The bind update in TC3 caused networking issues in testing. We have a
 proper fix for that coming, but in the mean time, please spin a TC4 with
 just:

  * [https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/libblockdev-0.7-1.fc22,python-
 blivet-1.0.5-1.fc22,anaconda-22.20.6-1.fc22 libblockdev-0.7-1.fc22,python-
 blivet-1.0.5-1.fc22,anaconda-22.20.6-1.fc22]

 in addition to what's currently in stable. Please do **NOT** use the
 bind99 update: please remove it from bleed before running the compose.
 Ideally, just flush bleed entirely, and re-create it with only the above
 anaconda update.
