I'd like a little bit of real world experience with it in rawhide before it's visible to stable
update clients if possible.

(A variation of this would be to have static deltas for f22->rawhide as well...but
 that blocks on https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/6125 as deltas only work inside
 one repo)
