 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/api/#list_collections is nice, but
 it doesn't include any dates. For dnf-system-upgrade-plugin it would be
 nice to be able list Active releases along with their planned EOL date.

 At least the starting date should be easy: it could be recorded as the
 moment when some release is switched to status=active. Maybe the planned
 EOL date could be entered at the same time...
