[Fedora Robotics] nxt_python 2.1.0 update -- comaintainership?

Hi John,

I have an updated spec and rpms for on Markus' latest release (2.1.0).
Are you ok with me as co-maintainer? Interested in reviewing the
proposed changes?

I have a good motivation to ensure the package is in good shape, as
robots are a big thing for OLPC.
