EPEL 5 and Ruby on Rails

It seems to me the patch for 2.2.x applies cleanly. Maybe I'm unaware of any 
problems with applying such patch to 2.1.1, 'cause I haven't really looked at 
the code yet.

Let me know if there is any specific problem, otherwise I'll push out 
2.1.1-6.el5 later today.
