Rubygem-rack version is changing in EPEL5.

It may not.  The current version of rails in epel is fairly old at
this point (I think it's pre rack days). I did say many versions of
rails (not all) :)

I use mostly sinatra these days which where I've done a majority of my
testing.  At my dayjob we also have a newer rails stack for EL5
because the 2.2 version was not cutting it for us.

I've actually really wanted to move rails in EPEL5 for a while, but
that might be too big of change, (read API breakage)  unless there are
some serious security reasons to do so.
